DISTRICT SCALE STRATEGY

District Copper Corporation is a publicly traded Canadian exploration company listed on the TSX-Venture Exchange (TSX.V: DCOP) focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral projects in geopolitically stable mining jurisdictions.

In late 2018, District Copper changed its primary focus to gold exploration and development.  The acquisition of the 13,025-hectare Stony Lake Gold project in an emerging gold district in central Newfoundland compliments District Copper’s Matachewan gold project- located 3 km east of the Young Davidson gold mine in Ontario. Subsequent to the acquisition of the Stony lake project, District expanded the size of the Stony Lake project to 13,625 ha by acquiring two additional contiguous properties. These projects provided District Copper with a large, strategically located land position in an emerging gold district in Newfoundland as well as proximity to a producing gold mine in an established gold district in north central Ontario.
